Pricing
To achieve this, H&L property management services cost a percentage fee (either 15% or 23%) of your rental income, plus GST. That way, you are only paying for the customers that you get, all while receiving professional upkeep, photography, cleaning, maintenance, guest services, and more. That said, there will also be a once-off listing fee which will cover the various processes required to get your property ready for market and will, in turn, vary in price depending on how ready your property is.
